It started with a spreadsheet.

We built Heimer because we’d been there ourselves. Hunting for our first homes, we opened twenty browser tabs for every listing: zoning plans, radon maps, flood maps, the association’s annual report, sold prices. And kept track of it all across clunky spreadsheets.

What scared us was everything we might be missing. Can we afford it if rates jump? Are we about to overpay? That’s how most buyers feel. So we built the tool we wished we’d had: paste a link, get an honest answer in thirty seconds.

We exist to help every home buyer all the way to the right home, with straight, honest answers at every step.

Every verdict is built step by step, and we always show the basis.

    We also open the documents behind the listing: the inspection report, radon measurement, energy declaration and the association’s annual report.

  2. We see what isn’t written

    From the build year and construction, we flag the likely risks, like blue concrete or a damp-prone facade, before you go to the viewing.

  3. We do the real maths

    Interest, amortisation, fees or running costs and upkeep. The true monthly cost, stress-tested against higher rates.

  4. We weigh the location

    Where a home sits matters. We factor in the travel time to the places you care about, and tailor the verdict to your budget and household.

  5. We get you ready

    A room-by-room checklist and the right questions to ask, tailored to this exact home.

  6. We help you choose

    Compare the finalists side by side and weigh up both your gut feelings, all the way to the decision.

Heimer is built by a small team in Stockholm. We’re home buyers ourselves, building the tool we wish we’d had.
